The 2 races

The popular Dymock half marathon sets off from the cricket field just behind the 5 mile runners, giving runners plenty of competition from an early stage! The course is undulating and challenging with scenic views arising frequently. Marshals are found at regular intervals to give plenty of support and water stations make sure you keep your hydration levels high. As with the 5 mile race there's a fast last mile to reward runners with a descent to the cricket club and finish line. Make sure to collect your event T-shirt and medal!

The 5 Mile Road Race starts off in the same field as the half marathon, although its runners have a slight headstart! The course heads up to the village before turning onto country lanes and starting a loop. The first part is undulating with plenty of downhills, but overall an uphill eleveation. The second part reverses this and runners finish with a fast last mile and descent to the cricket club to collect their medals.
